My legal practice is devoted to civil litigation, and I regularly practice across the country. We have cases in over 30 states, I am licensed in Kansas, and Missouri, with licenses pending in DC and Arizona. Since 2007, I have helped our clients win or settle cases worth over a total $27 Billion.  Our clients did not win that much, but we were able to recover a fraction of this in coordination and cooperation with co-counsel and other Plaintiff’s Law Firms.

After working in the Jackson County, Missouri Prosecutor’s Office while in law school, I began working at Speer Law Firm, P.A. where we specialized in civil litigation, class actions, and mass torts.  Mostly, we represented farmers all of the country against large scale animal factories, and among other cases, against chemical companies.

Working with farmers and ranchers led me to be invited by several firms to work on wildfire cases.  Of the $27 Billion, there was a $13.5 Billion Settlement against Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) from the 2017 North Bay Fires and the 2018 Camp Fire. This settlement resulted mostly regarding the California WildFire Victims of 2017-18. We represented hundreds of clients affected by the fire, worked with Erin Brockovich and were a part of the Plaintiffs’ Team that helped secure one of the largest settlements in the history of the country. Specifically, we helped our clients receive over $40,000,000 and counting.

In fact, we have ongoing investigation and litigation against PG&E, SC&E, and Pacific Power regarding several fires, inter alia: 2019 Kincade Fire, 2020 Glass Fire, 2020 Zogg, 2021 Dixie Fire. Additionally, we have worked on fires all over California: 2018 Woolsey Fire in Ventura County, 2020 Bobcat Fire in LA County, 2020 Slater Fire in Siskiyou County (and Oregon), 2022 Mill Fire in Weed, and among others the 2022 Mosquito Fire near Foresthill.  We have also worked on wildfires in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Oregon.

Since 2023, we have worked with Arias, Sanguinetti, Wang & Team, LLP on the Lahaina Fire in Maui, Hawaii.  We continue to work with ASWT on the 2024 Airport, 2024 Mountain, and 2025 LA Fires (Eaton and Hurst).

We are proud of the work we have done, and the survivors and injured people we have helped.  We hope to represent you, and help you any way possible.
